Please make sure your products meet our buy-back program guidelines. Safety is our top priority. Items that aren’t in perfect condition are hard for us to resell. If an item has minor damage, we may discount it by up to 70%, depending on how bad the damage is. Rejected items will be sent back to you, with a minimum return shipping fee of $5.
